To get started, please place an order on our website. Once you've completed your order, please send us an email with your order number and the logo/design you wish to have engraved on the glasses. Additionally, let us know if there's any additional text you'd like to include in the engraving.
Step 2: Graphic Proof Confirmation
Upon receiving your order details, we will create a graphic proof of the design and text as per your specifications. We will then send you the graphic proof via email for your review and approval. For orders of 20 glasses or more, we will engrave the design on the glass and include a proof in the email.
Step 3: Production and Approval
Once you've reviewed the graphic proof and are satisfied with the design and text placement, please confirm your approval by replying to our email. For accurate production timelines, we kindly request that you reach out to us via email. Production times may vary based on the quantity of glasses ordered. For orders up to 100 glasses, we strive to complete production within 2-3 business days. If your order surpasses 100 glasses, please allow 5-7 business days for production. During holiday periods, we anticipate a surge in orders, which might extend our production timelines slightly.
